By submitting a booking request with Elbona Motion Enterprise, you agree to the following terms:

All bookings are subject to approval. A reservation is not confirmed until you receive approval confirmation.

The $10 reservation review fee is required to submit your booking request and is used to review eligibility, verify information, and confirm availability. This fee does not guarantee approval.

The renter must provide a valid driver’s license and meet all rental requirements before vehicle release.

Only the approved renter is allowed to operate the vehicle unless otherwise authorized.

Vehicles must be returned on time and in the same condition received. Late returns are subject to a $25 per hour fee.

Vehicles may not be used for towing, hauling, moving, or transporting commercial goods.

Any damage, excessive cleaning, or misuse of the vehicle will result in additional charges.

Elbona Motion Enterprise reserves the right to deny any booking request at its discretion.

Insurance & Damage Responsibility

If the renter chooses to use Elbona Motion Enterprise rental coverage or insurance option, that coverage does not waive responsibility for damage caused while the vehicle is in the renter’s possession.

If the renter is found to be at fault for any accident, damage, misuse, or incident involving the vehicle, the renter is financially responsible for the full cost of repairs, damage-related expenses, downtime, and any uncovered charges associated with the vehicle.

If the renter is not at fault, Elbona Motion Enterprise may file a claim against the responsible party or their insurance.

By booking and operating the vehicle, the renter agrees to accept financial responsibility for any damage or loss caused while the vehicle is under their care, custody, or control if they are determined to be at fault.

Refund Policy

The $10 reservation review fee is non-refundable as it covers the time and process required to review booking requests.

If a booking is approved, any additional payments made toward the rental will be applied to the total rental cost at pick up.

If a renter is not approved, no additional charges will be applied beyond the reservation review fee.

Refunds for deposits (if applicable) will be issued after the vehicle is returned and inspected, provided no damage, late fees, or violations have occurred.

Elbona Motion Enterprise reserves the right to deduct any applicable fees before issuing a refund.

Privacy Policy

Elbona Motion Enterprise respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

When you submit a booking request, we collect information such as your name, phone number, email address, and booking details. This information is used strictly for:

• processing booking requests

• contacting you regarding your reservation

• verifying eligibility for rental

Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may contact you via phone, text, or email regarding your booking status, approval, or additional requirements.
