Damage Responsibility

Renters are responsible for any damage caused while the vehicle is in their possession.

If the renter chooses to use Elbona Motion Enterprise rental coverage and is found to be at fault, the renter is financially responsible for the cost of repairs, damages, and related vehicle expenses.

If the renter is not at fault, Elbona Motion Enterprise may pursue a claim through the responsible party or their insurance provider.
