Pickup details are provided after booking confirmation. Vehicle must be returned on time, in clean condition, and with no excessive interior or exterior damage.
Late returns may result in additional fees. Smoking, reckless driving, unauthorized drivers, or misuse of the vehicle may result in extra charges or termination of rental eligibility.
Renter is responsible for returning the vehicle in the same general condition it was received.
Failure to return the vehicle on time may result in additional late fees, scheduling conflicts, or rental restrictions.
Late returns are charged at $18per hour past the scheduled return time or rounded off from 30 minutes if under an hour.

This fee does not guarantee approval, does not hold the vehicle until confirmation, and is not applied toward the final rental balance.
The reservation processing fee covers booking review, driver verification, scheduling review, availability confirmation, and administrative processing.
All bookings are subject to approval. Additional documents, verification steps, and rental requirements may be requested before a reservation is confirmed.
Once approved, the renter will receive confirmation with final pickup instructions, rental balance details, and any applicable deposit requirements.
